My Journey
My passion for physical therapy began long before I entered the profession. Throughout high school, I experienced several sports-related injuries that required extensive physical therapy. Spending so much time as a patient gave me a firsthand understanding of the rehabilitation process and the impact that skilled, compassionate care can have on a person's recovery and quality of life.
Those experiences inspired me to pursue a career in helping others regain strength, mobility, and independence. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Maine, where I developed a strong foundation in human movement and exercise physiology. I then went on to earn my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh, further refining my knowledge and clinical skills.
Today, I am dedicated to providing personalized, evidence-based care that helps individuals achieve their goals and improve their daily lives. Whether recovering from an injury, surgery, or managing a chronic condition, I strive to create a supportive environment where each patient feels empowered, valued, and confident in their rehabilitation journey.
